Features of KAIOU automotive ribbed belt:
KAIOU automotive ribbed belts are mainly PK series and PJ series .KAIOU ribbed belts are produced using special material,formulation and techniques so as to provide heat,oil,abrasion and aging resistance and such advantages as lower noise levels and longer life.
It is predominantly the materials used which differentiate the CR and EPDM ribbed belts ,it is the frameworks of the materials used which differentiate the polyester cords,the Kevlar cords and the elasticity cords ribbed bests.
The CR ribbed belt has both heat and cold resistance capabilities. lts flexing,aging and ozone ageing resistance are generally better than those of unsaturated rubber.It also offers better oil and solvent resistance and chemical stability.It can endure high levels of transverse and belt pitch pressure and has comparatively reduced after-strained deformation.
EPDM ribbed belts offer much better aging resistance,especially ozone,weather and heat resistance .In addition,this products electric insulation properties,chemical corrosion are superior to the CR ribbed belt.

Features of KAIOU automotive V-belt:
The V-belt can be divided into wrapped v-belt and Raw edge v-belt by structure.
The Raw edge v-belt mainly consists of threeparts: top-layer fabric,tension member and bottom-layer rubber.
Top-layer fabric: The top is composed of one or more layers of fabric,which are, following special treatment, abrasion,heat and oil resistant.
Tension member: The backbone layer is composed of polyester cords, which are sufficiently solid to resist impact and stretch, yet are easy to bend. The layer also provides heat shrinkage capacity, durability and service ability.
The bottom rubber layer: is composed of heat and oil-resistant CR. CR in cross section, following special treatment,contains synthetic fibers.
The wrapped V-belt is mainly composed of top rubber, tension member,bottom rubber and wrapping cloth.
